Tim’s practice focuses on general corporate commercial law for both start-up and medium sized businesses. In addition, he has experience with wills and estate planning, securities law, civil litigation and landlord/tenant disputes. Tim joined Miltons LLP as a student in 2004 and articled at the firm prior to returning as an associate following his call to the Bar in 2006.
