Eric is a registered trade-mark agent with over 15 years experience in all areas of trade-mark law. Prior to joining Miltons LLP in 2008, Eric was a senior associate at a national Canadian intellectual property law firm. His experience and area of specialty includes both domestic and foreign trade-mark practice and prosecution including opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Registrar of Trade-marks. Eric represents both small and large business clients as well as associate law firms. Eric is also recognized as a person entitled to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in trade-mark matters.
